Growing up in my family, I learned to respect every ingredient. Every dinner was an opportunity to celebrate our beautiful Quebec terroir and savor life. I couldn’t be more grateful to my grandparents, who passed down these precious values. Today, it’s my turn to share that passion with you.

For me, so much of life in the Laurentides revolves around simplicity. Whether it be taking a deep breath at the top of a mountain in Val David, or picking wild raspberries on a walk, this connection with nature is the key when it comes to creating your menu.
