PRIVATE CHEF, CATERING, PERSONNAL CHEF

A simple and human process

  • Let me get to know you by filling up the questionnaire in the booking tab of my website, I am always available for you via phone or e-mail if you prefer to have a chat,

  • I will take care of all the details for your dinner starting from the menu planning to the kitchen cleaning,

  • Using your questionnaire I will create a custom menu for you and your guests, tailored to your liking,

  • A 40% safety deposit will be sent to you in order to book your dates,

  • I will take care of the grocery shopping, mise en place for your menu & of course the service during the evening along with my server. (if needed)

The Canapés

  • A fine selection of bites will be offered to you as an aperitif or as a cocktail party.

The 3 Courses

  • During the classic 3-course meal you will have the chance to taste a selection of gourmet dishes that will charm you, a starter, a main course and a dessert will be suggested by Chef Max according to your tastes.

The Tasting

  • A most refined gastronomic experience, I offer you a menu highlighting our local Quebec products thanks to the connections established with my local producers.

The Family Feast

  • Hearty cuisine, unpretentious, in a more relaxed and informal formula with dishes to parate.
